This Privacy Policy explains how 144p to 4K ("we", "our", "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS app.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Photos you upload When you use the App to enhance a photo, the image is sent to Google's Gemini AI service for processing. We do not store your photos on our servers. The original and enhanced versions are saved locally on your device only.

b) Subscription and purchase data We use RevenueCat and Apple's App Store to process subscriptions. We receive anonymous subscription status (active tier, renewal date) but we do not have access to your payment method, credit card, or Apple ID.

c) Anonymous usage data We may collect anonymous, aggregated statistics such as number of enhancements performed, app version, and device model. This data is not linked to your identity.

• To provide the core enhancement feature (sending photos to Gemini).
• To verify your subscription status.
• To improve app performance and fix bugs.
• To provide customer support if you contact us.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — for subscription management. https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

When a photo is sent to Gemini, it is subject to Google's privacy terms. Google may retain the image briefly for abuse prevention but does not use it to train models (per Google's Gemini API terms).

• Photos: not stored on our servers. They exist only on your device and in Google's transient processing pipeline.
